About
A private holding company built for the long term.
Safe Haven Holdings Inc. was founded to create a disciplined ownership structure for a growing portfolio of operating businesses and real estate investments.
Our Story
Why we built a holding company.
Safe Haven Holdings Inc. was established with a clear purpose: to build a private investment holding company that owns and manages a diversified portfolio of businesses and real estate assets with institutional discipline.
The holding company structure was chosen deliberately. By separating ownership from operations, we can allocate capital strategically, ring-fence liability across subsidiaries, and build each business with the focus it deserves — without the complexity of a single, undifferentiated entity trying to do everything.
Today, Safe Haven Holdings Inc. is the parent company of three operating subsidiaries: Aurum Estates, Safe Haven Homes LLC, and Stram & Co. Each operates independently. Each serves a distinct market. Together, they form a portfolio built for compounding over time.

Core Values
What guides every decision.
Ownership
We believe in building through ownership — of businesses, assets, and the structures that govern them.
Discipline
Capital allocation is a serious responsibility. We approach every decision with rigor and patience.
Integrity
Each entity in our portfolio operates with clean governance, separate accounts, and honest reporting.
Longevity
We are building something meant to last. Our decisions reflect a decades-long orientation, not a quarterly one.
